Project Description:
The Next Menu is a compressed future meal taking the form of a book. The book serves as a stimulating visual collection of imagination, experimentation, and innovation in food design. Structured into four main parts; Table Setting, Preparation, Dinner, and Food as Memoir, the themes all embody the process of a meal. With each piece embracing projects that establish or question the various ways to have a multi sensory experience at the table, The Next Menu proposes what the next perfect meal could be in the future.
